Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore a mode of in-depth participation in the formulation and promotion of guidelines for medical journals, and provide practical references for promoting the development of medical journals with the help of guidelines. [Methods] The 31 pieces of "Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Treatment of Dominant Diseases with Chinese Patent Medicines" (hereinafter referred to as the series guidelines) published in the Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine were analyzed. The relevant measures taken during formulating and promoting the series guidelines were summarized, and the social benefits and effects on journal development were dissected. [Findings] Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine has formulated a reasonable and comprehensive report outline, designed publishing and dissemination plans of the guidelines, and formed the formulation and promotion process of the series guidelines. Remarkable results have been achieved in promoting medical development, improving the influence of journals, as well as building and enhancing the ability of editors. [Conclusions] Through in-depth participation in the formulation and promotion of guidelines, medical journals can improve their influence and editing ability on the one hand, and improve the quality of guidelines and promote the development of disciplines on the other.

【目的】 探索医学期刊深度参与指南制订与推广的模式，为借助指南促进医学期刊发展提供实践参考。【方法】 分析《中国中西医结合杂志》刊发的31篇《中成药治疗优势病种临床应用指南》（以下简称“系列指南”），对其在系列指南制订与推广过程中采取的相关举措进行总结归纳，并分析其取得的社会效益及期刊发展成效。【结果】 《中国中西医结合杂志》制定科学全面的报告提纲，策划指南刊发及传播方案，形成制订与推广系列指南的工作流程。在推动行业发展、提高期刊影响力、建设与提高编辑队伍能力等方面取得显著成效。【结论】 医学期刊通过深度参与指南制订与推广，可以提高期刊影响力及编辑能力，同时也可以提高指南刊发质量，促进学科发展。
