Abstract:

[Purposes] The transformation of scientific journal publishing towards open science is a complex process, and a systematic review of relevant achievements is needed to clarify the overall situation, providing a reference for future research and the formulation of transformation strategies for scientific journal publishing. [Methods] Fifty relevant research outputs in the interdisciplinary fields of scientific journal and open science were collected, and then sorted and analyzed based on the research topic. [Findings] The research topic covers two aspects: the driving force of transformation and the practice of transformation. The driving force of transformation stems from the inherent contradictions and tensions between the operational constraints of the scientific journal publishing system and the value realization in the context of open science. Transformation practice is a feasible path to achieve transformation goals, which can be carried out from four dimensions: publishing content, publishing process, publishing products, and business models. [Conclusions] Chinese scientific journals should follow the trend of open science, actively transform the content organization model centered on scientific papers, deepen external resource integration, promote the establishment of interconnection mechanisms, strengthen collaboration with diverse stakeholders, and build an integrated open publishing network platform.

【目的】 科技期刊出版面向开放科学转型是一个复杂过程。系统梳理国内外相关成果以明晰整体面貌，以为未来研究与出版转型战略制定提供借鉴。【方法】 收集50篇国内外科技期刊与开放科学交叉领域的研究成果，进而依据主题内容对收集文献进行梳理分析。【结果】 研究主题涵盖转型动力与转型实践两个方面：转型动力生发于科技期刊出版系统的运行局限与开放科学环境下价值实现的矛盾与张力；转型实践是实现转型目标的可行路径，可从出版内容、出版流程、出版产品和商业模式4个维度开展相应实践。【结论】 我国科技期刊也应顺应开放科学发展趋势，积极变革以科技论文为中心的内容组织模式，深化外部资源整合、推动建立互联互通机制，加强与多元利益主体的合作，建设一体化开放出版网络平台。
