Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the current trend and path of integrating journals and networks at home and abroad to improve journal quality and dissemination effectiveness. [Methods] Through literature research, with a focus on summarizing the practice of CNKI, we presented research results guided by case study. [Findings] Online publishing has entered a stage of rapid development, and the timeliness of academic journal online publishing has received unprecedented attention. At present, 66.5% of core scientific journals have chosen CNKI for online first publishing. Online first publishing plays a significant role in shortening paper publishing delays, and improving journal Web download rates, composite impact factors, and composite annual indicators. CNKI has also actively tried enhanced publishing of journals, playing an important exemplary role in promoting transparency of paper content, enhancing readability and infectivity of papers, promoting research inheritance and innovation, and rectifying academic atmosphere. Bilingual publishing is one of the effective means to promote the international dissemination of Chinese journals. CNKI enhances the quality and international influence of academic journals through timely reporting and bilingual interpretation of domestic and foreign academic achievements. [Conclusions] CNKI integrates various academic achievements produced by journals such as academic papers, enhancement materials, and conference videos into the journal dissemination interface in a one-stop manner, achieving effective integration of academic resources, breaking down barriers to academic resource dissemination, and maximizing the brand value of journals.

【目的】研究当前国内外刊网融合发展,提升期刊质量与传播效果的发展趋势和路径。【方法】通过文献调研,重点结合中国知网实践总结,以案例为导向,给出研究结果。【结果】网络出版进入高速发展阶段,学术期刊网络出版的时效性受到空前的关注。目前已有66.5%的科技类核心期刊选择中国知网进行网络首发,网络首发在缩短论文出版时滞,提升期刊Web下载率、复合影响因子、复合即年指标等方面有显著作用。中国知网也对期刊网络增强出版进行积极尝试,在促使论文内容透明化、增强论文可读性和感染力、推动研究传承再创新、端正学术风气等方面发挥重要的示范作用。双语出版是推动中文期刊国际传播的有效手段之一,中国知网通过对国内外学术成果的及时报道和双语解读,提升学术期刊办刊质量和国际影响力。【结论】中国知网将学术论文、增强材料、会议视频等期刊产出的各类学术成果一站式整合至期刊传播界面,实现对学术资源的有效整合,打破学术资源传播的壁垒,实现期刊品牌价值最大化。
