Abstract:

[Purposes] Taking the Bulletin of Chinese Academy of Sciences as an example, this study elaborates on the significance and practice of international communication of Chinese scientific think tank journals, in a bid to participate in the building of an external communication system. [Methods] We analyzed the significance and path of international communication of Chinese scientific think tank journals for the construction of an external communication system in the new era, relying on national strategies and policies, such as innovative development, expansion of scientific journals, and the advancement of international status. [Findings] Experience of international communication of some Chinese scientific journals with high international influence is meaningful to the development of Chinese scientific think tank journals. The practice of international communication of the Bulletin of Chinese Academy of Sciences also supports the view that it is time to expand the international communication of Chinese scientific think tank journals. [Conclusions] China's scientific achievements published in English journals are essential for the connection between China and the world, while those published in Chinese journals, when recognized by the world, can reflect our cultural confidence. Since content and platform are fundamental to international communication, this study analyzed the communication content and platform of the Bulletin of Chinese Academy of Sciences, which is expected to promote the internationalization of Chinese scientific think tank journals.

【目的】 以《中国科学院院刊》为例,阐述中文科技智库期刊国际传播的意义与实践,助推我国该类刊物参与对外传播体系构建的进程。【方法】 通过梳理创新发展、科技期刊发展、国际话语权提升等方面的国家战略及政策,分析中文科技智库期刊国际传播对构建新时代对外传播体系的意义与路径。【结果】 目前国际影响力较高的中文科技期刊的国际传播经验对中文科技智库期刊有借鉴意义,《中国科学院院刊》的国际传播实践进一步证明中文科技智库期刊国际传播恰逢其时且有据可依。【结论】 中国科技以英文期刊为承载传播于世界是联结中国与世界的必然步骤,而中国科技以中文期刊为承载被世界认可则是文化自信的体现。内容与平台是国际传播的重要支撑,通过对《中国科学院院刊》传播内容与传播平台的分析与阐述,为我国中文科技智库期刊的国际传播提供可供借鉴的具体实践。
