摘要：

目的 探讨一流科技期刊集群助力高水平学术会议发展，为国内科技期刊通过刊会融合集群化运营，强化品牌建设、推动学科发展提供可借鉴的范例。 方法 以中国激光杂志社为研究对象，系统剖析其依托旗下世界一流科技期刊集群探索学术会议规模化发展的实践路径。 结果 科技期刊与学术会议集群化运营的实践，打造出“依刊办会、以会促刊”的良性生态，并建立了涵盖前期筹备、内容策划、现场执行、总结反馈的学术会议规范化运营流程。其核心运营策略包括坚持学术质量优先、整合多方资源办会、搭建数字化会议系统、构建多媒体宣传矩阵、推动编辑全流程参与运营等。 结论 通过期刊与会议双向赋能，中国激光杂志社打造了刊会协同共生的学术生态圈。这一实践不仅实现了市场化运作，显著提升了自身品牌影响力与学术传播效能，更为光学科研创新、产业融合及人才培养提供了强有力支撑。

Abstract:

Purposes This study explores how the first-class scientific journals cluster boosts the development of high-level academic conferences. A practical model is proposed for domestic scientific journals to strengthen brand building and promote discipline development through journal-conference integrated cluster operations. Methods Taking Chinese Laser Press as the research object， this study systematically analyzes the practical path of exploring the large-scale development of academic conferences based on its world?class scientific journals cluster. Findings A positive ecosystem of “organizing conferences based on journals and promoting journals through conferences” is created， and a standardized operation process for academic conferences is presented， covering early preparation， content planning， on-site execution and post-conference summary. Its core operation strategies include prioritizing academic quality， organizing conferences by optimizing multi-party resources， building a digital conference system， constructing a multi-media publicity matrix， and promoting editors’ full-process participation. Conclusions Chinese Laser Press has built an academic ecosystem where journals and conferences coexist and develop synergistically. This practice achieves market-oriented operation， significantly enhances its brand influence and academic communication efficiency， and provides strong support for optical scientific innovation， industrial integration and talent cultivation.
