摘要：

【目的】 分析2013—2022年知网、万方、维普中CSSCI期刊的335篇更正声明存在的问题，针对问题提出建议，以期为规范CSSCI期刊更正声明撰写和发布、助推CSSCI期刊高质量发展提供参考和借鉴。【方法】 检索2013—2022年知网、万方、维普中的CSSCI期刊更正声明并去重，统计更正声明的期刊分布、年度分布、更正时滞、更正内容，以及数据库应该发布而未发布更正声明的论文及其被引情况、数据库和编辑部更正声明发布情况等。【结果】 更正声明期刊、年度、更正时滞分布不均衡。更正声明题目表述不准确、信息要素不齐全，更正内容主要涉及封面封底信息、作者及基金项目信息、参考文献和脚注尾注、语言文字和图表等。数据库中存在大量应该发布而未发布更正声明的问题论文。更正声明都未与更正论文进行链接，更正论文都未标注更正标志；知网和万方不提供免费下载功能，万方不提供在线阅读功能；大部分期刊未设置更正声明栏目，绝大部分期刊未在网站发布更正声明。【结论】 相关部门要制定更正声明规范、加强更正声明监管；编辑部要建立健全更正规范制度、及时撰写和发布更正规范，提高审编校质量、减少更正声明数量；数据库要提高更正规范意识、加强与编辑部及内部之间的沟通交流。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This study aims to provide references for standardizing the writing and releasing of correction statements and boosting the high-quality development of CSSCI journals after analyzing the problems existing in 335 correction statements of CNKI, Wanfang, and VIP from 2013 to 2022 and offering relevant suggestions. [Methods] We obtained correction statements after removing duplicates in correction statements of CSSCI journals of CNKI, Wanfang, and VIP from 2013 to 2022. Then we counted the following contents of correction statements including the distribution of journals, annual distribution, correction delay, correction contents, papers that should have had their correction statements released in the databases and their citations, and the releasing situations of correction statements in the databases and editorial departments. [Findings] The distribution of journals, annual distribution, and correction delay of correction statements is imbalanced. The title is inaccurate and the information is incomplete in correction statements. The correction contents mainly involve the following aspects such as the information on the cover and back cover of the journals, the information of authors and fund projects, the references and footnotes and endnotes, and the languages, pictures, and charts in the text. All three databases have a large number of defective papers whose correction statements should have been released but not. Corrected papers are neither linked to the correction statements nor noted with correction marks. The correction statements cannot be downloaded for free in CNKI and Wanfang databases with even an inability to be read online in Wanfang. Most journals neither have a column for correction statements nor release correction statements on their websites. [Conclusions] Related departments should formulate the standards of correction statements and strengthen the supervision on them. Editorial departments should establish a sound system of correction statements, write and release correction standards timely, and improve the quality of reviewing, editing, and proofreading to reduce the number of correction statements. Databases should enhance the awareness of standard corrections, and strengthen the communication with the editorial departments and within themselves.
