新时代学术期刊编辑策划力的现状分析及提升对策

Planning ability of editors of academic journals and measures for improvement in the new era

摘要:

【目的】 通过对新时代学术期刊编辑策划力的技术与观念双重约束的分析,提出学术期刊编辑策划力提升的对策。【方法】 通过文献研究、比较研究和逻辑推理方法,剖析新时代学术期刊编辑策划力的现状,进而系统地提出应对策略。【结果】 从学术期刊编辑策划力的概念出发,分析大数据技术、互联网思维、平台化思维、数字化出版、智力化集成影响学术期刊编辑策划力的现状,提出以强化市场意识挖掘策划深度、以强化社会意识提升策划高度、以强化学习意识增加策划厚度、以强化创新意识拓展策划广度、以强化合作意识夯实策划力度的学术期刊编辑策划力提升对策。【结论】 新时代学术期刊编辑策划力受到大数据、互联网、平台化、数字化、智力化的约束,强化市场意识、社会意识、学习意识、创新意识和合作意识是学术期刊编辑提升策划力之道。

Abstract:

[Purposes] In light of the challenges to academic journal editors' planning ability (hereinafter referred to as editors' planning ability) in terms of technology and concept in the new era, this paper puts forward some countermeasures. [Methods] With the methods of literature research, comparative study, and logical reasoning, current editors' planning ability in the new era was analyzed and some suggestions were proposed. [Findings] On the basis of the concept, this paper analyzed how big data technology, internet thinking, platform-based thinking, digital publishing, and intelligent integration influenced editors' planning ability, and came up with the following countermeasures: strengthening market awareness to enhance market sensitivity, social awareness to grasp the publishing direction according to relevant guidelines and policies, learning awareness to improve academic level and competence, innovation awareness to heighten the innovation ability, and cooperation awareness to learn experience from others. [Conclusions] Facing the challenges posed by big data, internet, platform, digitalization, and intelligentization in the new era, editors' planning ability should be improved from the aspects of market awareness, social awareness, learning awareness, innovation awareness, and cooperation awareness.
