【目的】 探索学术活动的宣传推广方法,以扩大活动的影响力。【方法】 科技导报社在实践中摸索出3种特色品牌活动,在举办品牌活动的整个过程中注重服务意识,加大宣传力度,重点运用新媒体,并结合传统媒体,寻找扩大活动影响力的有效途径。【结果】 期刊自有的微信、微博、博客等新媒体平台可有效扩大活动影响范围与影响力,海报、宣传页、纸刊等传统宣传方式可强化参与者对科技期刊的体验,增强对科技期刊的认知;与其他相关单位的新媒体平台合作可明显增强活动影响范围,并为学术活动注入活力;新媒体手段的广泛应用可帮助科技期刊节省人力、物力,以更小的投入取得更优的效果。【结论】 媒体的全方位融合能够有效扩大学术活动的影响范围与影响力,促进科技期刊影响力的提升。
[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the effective ways to promote the influence of academic activities. [Methods] Science and Technology Review Publishing House explored three distinctive brand academic activities in practice. In order to find the effective ways to expand the influence of activities, we paid attention to service consciousness, intensified publicity, focused on using new media, and combined with traditional media during the whole process of the activities. [Findings] The new media platforms of scientific journals such as WeChat, microblog, and blog can expand the scope and influence of the activities effectively. The traditional publicity methods, such as posters, publicity pages, and printed publication, can strengthen the participants' experience. Cooperation with new media platforms of other relevant units can significantly enhance the scope of academic activities and inject vitality. The application of new media can save manpower and material resources, and achieve better results with less investment. [Conclusions] The comprehensive integration of new media can enhance the scope and influence of academic activities effectively, and then promote the influence of scientific journals.
