中文学术期刊作者群分类培养策略——以《航空学报》为例

Classification training strategies of authors of Chinese academic journals:Taking Acta Aeronautica et Astronautica Sinica as an example

摘要:

【目的】 优化不同类别作者群的培养策略,以实现中文学术期刊的可持续发展。【方法】 通过对《航空学报》培养作者群的策略进行深度剖析,总结出工程类中文学术期刊可以按作者的学术水平和学术地位进行分类培养。【结果】 中文学术期刊作者群分类培养的策略为:稳定和维护高水平作者,邀约高质量稿件,组织出版专刊/专栏;与一般研究水平的作者保持良好的沟通,并为其提供优质的服务。【结论】 《航空学报》作者群分类培养措施已初见成效,适合推广至我国其他工程类中文学术期刊。

Abstract:

[Purposes] The training strategies of different categories of authors are optimized to achieve the sustainable development of Chinese academic journals. [Methods] Through the in-depth analysis of editors from Acta Aeronautica et Astronautica Sinica on how to training the authors, we concluded that the authors of Chinese engineering academic journals could be trained according to their academic level and academic status. [Findings] The classification training strategies of authors of Chinese academic journals are as follows. The high-level authors need to be focused on stabilization and maintenance, and are suitable for inviting the high-quality manuscripts and organizing the special issues or columns; the general-level authors need to be focused on strengthening communication, and editors provide them with high-quality service. [Conclusions] The classification training strategies of authors of Acta Aeronautica et Astronautica Sinica have already achieved initial results, which are suitable for promotion to other Chinese engineering academic journals.
