摘要：

【目的】揭示当前学术期刊环境下地方高校学报的真实现状,探析其价值所在和影响因子低下的原因,并提出提升建议。【方法】通过文献调查、网络调查、数据统计及电话咨询,并结合工作实践,客观分析人们习惯性给予地方高校学报的“标签”。【结果】在目前学术评价体系导致我国学术期刊整体水平不尽如人意的现状下,地方高校学报所作出的努力应该得到肯定。【结论】习惯性给予地方高校学报的学术垃圾、闭门办刊、乱收版面费、专为职称论文服务等“标签”有失偏颇,“小而全”有益于地方高校学报全面实现其存在价值,地方高校学报整体学术水平有待进一步提升。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper is to reveal the true status quo of local university academic journals under the current environment, analyze its value and the reason of low impact factor, and propose the promotion recommendations. [Methods] Through literature survey, network survey, data statistics, and telephone consultation, we combined the work practice to give objective analysis on some "labels" that people habitually give to local university journals. [Findings] Under the current situation that the academic evaluation system leads to the unsatisfactory level of academic journals in China, the efforts made by local university journals should be affirmed. [Conclusions] It is biased to habitually label the journals of local university academic journals with academic waste, closed-door publications, charging authors for publication, and professional titles for thesis. The charateristic of small but complete is beneficial to realize its existence value for local university academic journals, but the overall academic level needs to be further improved.
