摘要：

【目的】提出比较不同语种期刊学术影响力的新指标——高频作者指数,比较中、俄文图书情报学(LIS)领域的期刊学术影响力。【方法】以中、俄文不同学科的期刊数据为研究对象,根据期刊作者在Web of Science数据库的发文情况评价期刊,检验新指标在不同学科、不同语种期刊评价中的适用性,以期刊新指标得分、期刊数量等为依据,比较中、俄文LIS领域期刊学术影响力。【结果】社会科学类期刊的新指标得分比较理想,并且期刊的新指标排名与影响因子排名的相关性较高;中文LIS领域期刊在新指标得分、期刊数量等方面均好于俄文LIS领域期刊。【结论】高频作者指数目前更适用于评价社会科学类期刊;中文LIS领域期刊的学术影响力高于俄文LIS领域期刊。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to present a new journal evaluation index—high-frequency author index and compare the academic impact of library information science(LIS) journals in Chinese and Russian. [Methods] Based on Chinese and Russian journals of different disciplines, several journals were evaluated by papers of authors collected from the Web of Science. Applicability in journal evaluation of different subjects and different languages were tested. Academic impact of Chinese and Russian LIS journals was compared by comparison of new index scores and the number of journals. [Findings] The new index score of social science journals is relatively good, and the ranking of new index and impact factor are highly correlated. The new index score and number of Chinese LIS journals are both higher than those of Russian LIS journals. [Conclusions] So far, the high-frequency author index is more suitable for the evaluation of the social science journals. And the academic impact of Chinese LIS journals is higher than that of Russian LIS journals.
