摘要:

【目的】 探讨数字出版技术迅猛发展下,国内学术期刊在媒体融合环境中的发展模式。【方法】 通过分析国内学术期刊办刊特点及数字技术带来的传播环境改变,引入管理学中的集约化管理理论,提出集约化经营概念,探讨学术期刊在新媒体传播方式下的发展模式。【结果】 媒体融合是学术期刊的发展趋势,期刊在集团化集约性管理运作下,方能实现数字化、多媒体融合性出版的持续性发展。【结论】 集约化管理有利于资源优化分配,提升核心竞争力,是结合学术期刊与新媒体,实现多渠道传播的重要方法。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to discuss the development mode of domestic academic journals under media convergence, with the rapid development of digital publishing technology. [Methods] Through the analysis of characteristics of domestic academic journals and the communication environment changes that were brought about by digital publishing technology, the theory of intensive management was introduced and the concept of intensive management was proposed. The development mode of academic journals under the new media was discussed. [Findings] Media convergence is the trend of academic journals. Under the intensive management of the group, the academic journals can realize the digital and multimedia fusion publishing. [Conclusions] Intensive management is conducive to the optimal allocation of resources and enhance the core competitiveness. It is an important way to achieve the combination of academic journals and new media and multi-channel communication.
