摘要:

【目的】探讨基于GoWeb及PubMed分析医学期刊研究热点。【方法】以哮喘机制研究为例,利用GoWeb自动生成高频次名词术语及其年发表分布特征初步归纳研究热点,再利用PubMed检索国际权威期刊发表的相关论文年度分布特征来评价初步归纳的研究热点的准确性,最后对未涵盖在初步归纳的研究热点范围内的研究内容进一步行GoWeb分析并预测研究发展趋势。【结果】哮喘机制的研究热点主要集中在免疫学及气道重塑两大热点,表观遗传学有望成为哮喘机制研究的新热点。将GoWeb与PubMed结合能准确捕获研究热点及预测其发展趋势。【结论】将GoWeb与PubMed结合为医学期刊编辑掌握相关学科领域的研究热点及发展趋势提供了简单有效可行的方法。

Abstract:

[Purposes]This paper aims to analyze the role of the method based on Goweb and PubMed in the analysis of the research hotspots for medical journals.[Methods]In this study,the research about the asthma mechanism was taken as an example.GoWeb was used to generate high frequency terms and distribution characteristics of the yearly publication of the asthma area,based on which the research hotspots were initially generated.PubMed was then used to retrieve the related papers from international authoritative journals,and the initial research hotspots by GoWeb were reassessed by analyzing distribution characteristics of the yearly publication according to the PubMed search results.Finally,the research topics not included in the initial research hotspots were further analyzed by GoWeb to predict the research trends.[Findings]The hotspots of the asthmamechanism research ismainly focused on immunological pathogenesis and airway remodeling,and epigenetics of asthma have great chance to become the newresearch hotspot.The combination use of GoWeb and PubMed can help the executive editors of medical journals precisely seize the hotspots of related areas and predict the research tendency.[Conclusions]The combination use of GoWeb and PubMed provides a simple,effective and feasiblemethod for the editors of medical journals to followresearch hotspots of related areas and predict the research tendency.
