摘要：

【目的】 基于对SCI收录Integrative and Complementary Medicine领域顶刊Journal of Ginseng Research （JGR）办刊模式的深度解析，探索我国世界一流期刊建设背景下中医药英文期刊国际影响力提升之路，为我国中医药英文期刊国际出圈提供参考借鉴。【方法】 以在SCI Integrative and Complementary Medicine领域影响因子居于前列的韩国期刊JGR为研究对象，全面梳理其办刊历史、成功因素与办刊策略，从学术规范、办刊团队、出版内容、办刊模式等方面总结其办刊经验，对比我国中医药英文期刊的现状，提出较为清晰的发展路径与可行建议。【结果】 近年来韩国期刊JGR国际影响力稳步提高，办刊模式深度优化，具体表现在其国际编委团队建设、国际出版规范优化、期刊资源集约化管理、热点选题策划等方面。【结论】 我国中医药英文期刊在“走出去”的过程中面临诸多问题和严峻挑战，我国中医药英文期刊需要进一步立足本土优势优化期刊布局，突出学科特色，重视跨学科融合研究，提高前瞻性认知，高效运用网络平台与人工智能技术，全面提升期刊的学术组织力、选题策划力与国际传播力。

Abstract:

[Purposes] Based on a deep analysis of the publishing model of the top journal in the field of Integrative and Complementary Medicine indexed by SCI, the Journal of Ginseng Research (JGR), this study explores the path for enhancing the international influence of English journals in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) against the backdrop of China's world-class journal construction, providing reference and guidance for the internationalization of English TCM journals. [Methods] Taking the Korean journal JGR, which ranks high in the SCI Integrative and Complementary Medicine journal impact factor list, as the research object, we comprehensively reviewed its publishing history, success factors, and publishing strategies. We summarized its publishing experience from aspects such as academic norms, editorial team, publishing content, and publishing model, compared the current status of English journals in TCM in China, and proposed a clearer development path and feasible suggestions. [Findings] In recent years, the international influence of the Korean journal JGR has steadily increased, and its publishing model has been deeply optimized. This includes the construction of an international editorial board, optimization of international publishing standards, intensive management of journal resources, and planning of trending topics. [Conclusions] English journals in TCM in China face numerous issues and severe challenges in their efforts to go global. To address these, TCM English journals in China need to further optimize their layout based on local advantages, highlight the unique characteristics of the discipline, emphasize interdisciplinary research, enhance forward-looking cognition, and efficiently utilize online platforms and artificial intelligence technologies. These steps are essential to comprehensively improve the academic organization, topic planning, and international dissemination capabilities of the journals.
