摘要：

【目的】 了解国外科技学术期刊简明语言摘要的发展概况,提出对我国期刊简明语言摘要工作的启示。【方法】 通过网络资料搜集和文献调研,基于5W1H法阐释科技学术期刊中简明语言摘要的兴起、写作内容、写作主体、撰写和发表时机、发布位置和形式、写作要求和规范等。【结果】 简明语言摘要起源于美国,在科技学术期刊中常见于医学、公共卫生、心理学、天文学等领域,其写作主体、撰写方法、发布位置等形式不一,虽然尚未作为科技论文的必要结构成分,但对期刊影响力的提升和科研成果的广泛传播起到了积极作用。【结论】 中国科技学术期刊应借鉴经验并积极探索适合国内期刊的简明语言摘要实践,激发科研人员对科研成果的传播热情,提升期刊的学术影响力和知识传递能力。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to understand the development of plain language summary in foreign scientific and academic journals and propose inspirations for the work on plain language summary in Chinese journals. [Methods] Through online materials and literature research, the rise, writing content, authorship, timing of writing and publishing, location and format of release, writing requirements, and norms of plain language summary in scientific and academic journals were elucidated based on the 5W1H method. [Findings] Plain language summary originated in the United States and is commonly found in fields such as medicine, public health, psychology, and astronomy in scientific and academic journals. The forms of authorship, writing methods, and publication locations vary, and although not yet a necessary structural component of scientific papers, they have played a positive role in enhancing the influence of the journals and the widespread dissemination of scientific research results. [Conclusions] Chinese scientific and academic journals should learn from experience and actively explore the practice of plain language summary suitable for Chinese journals, motivate scientists' enthusiasm for disseminating research results, and enhance the academic influence and knowledge transmission ability of the journals.
