摘要：

【目的】 探索新时代高校学术期刊专业化发展何以必要与如何可能的问题,为期刊合理调整办刊定位提供参考。【方法】 结合归纳总结、逻辑分析、文献调研等方法,构建“本然—应然—实然—使然”的研究脉络,全面探究高校期刊专业化发展的时代性内涵、发展性诉求、现实性矛盾及有效性路径。【结果】 期刊从综合性走向专业性是顺应新时代学科发展、突破既有困局、应对马太效应的应有之义,但尚面临嵌入学术共同体与坚守高校“自留地”的矛盾、建构专业学术平台与惯性依赖体制保护的矛盾、专业期刊备受重视与高校出版单位边缘化的矛盾。【结论】 需在宏观顶层设计上精准定位、统筹布局,中观框架重塑上转换理念、深化行动,微观保障升级上内部培养、外部融入,以开启新时代高校期刊发展新局面。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the necessity and possibility of the professional development of university academic journals in the new era, so as to provide a reference for the rational adjustment of journal positioning. [Methods] Combining the methods of summary, logic analysis, and literature research, this paper constructs the research context of "nature→ought→reality→cause" to comprehensively explore the era connotation, developmental demands, realistic contradictions, and effective path of the professional development of university journals. [Findings] It is necessary for journals to change from comprehensiveness to specialization to adapt to the development of disciplines in the new era, break through existing difficulties, and cope with Matthew effect. However, journals still face the contradiction between embedding in the academic community and sticking to the "private land" of universities, the contradiction between constructing a professional academic platform and protecting inertia dependence system, and the contradiction between the highly emphasized professional journals and marginalized university publishing units. [Conclusions] Professional development requires precise positioning and overall layout of the macro top-level design, the transformation of the concept and deepening of the action of the mesoscopic framework, the internal training and external integration of the micro-support upgrade, so as to open a new situation in the development of university journals in the new era.
