摘要：

【目的】 对近10年国际科技期刊研究的知识结构及前沿热点进行视觉化呈现并深入剖析,为科研人员提供国际化清晰视野,为我国科技期刊研究与实践发展提供借鉴。【方法】 以2011—2020年被Web of Science核心合集收录的以科技期刊为研究主题的680篇文献为样本展开文献计量分析,利用VOSviewer软件绘制知识图谱。【结果】 在科技期刊研究领域,美国、中国等少数国家占据主导优势,高等教育与科研机构主导着研究“议程设置”;医学期刊是重点研究对象,且研究问题多具有全球视野;科技期刊研究有较为清晰的结构脉络,研究热点集中于文献计量与期刊评价、出版实践与功能、出版偏见、出版伦理、出版史;替代计量、编委会、性别研究、掠夺性期刊是前沿研究热点。【结论】 利用VOSviewer软件能够对国际科技期刊研究的知识结构和前沿热点进行较好的视觉化呈现,有利于科研人员廓清知识脉络,捕捉前沿话题。科技期刊研究涉及多学科、涵盖多方面,应鼓励科研人员尤其是科技期刊出版业界人士进行多视角研究,不断丰富研究内容,推动研究边界。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to visualize and comprehensively analyze the knowledge structure and frontier topics of research on scientific journals in the past 10 years (2011-2020), which is expected to clarify the international trend in this field and provide a reference for the research and development of scientific journals in China. [Methods] VOSviewer was used to map knowledge domains for the 680 articles regarding scientific journals from Web of Science Core Collection (2011-2020) based on bibliometric analysis. [Findings] In this field, articles from the US and China account for a relatively large proportion and higher education institutions and scientific research institutions make a great contribution. Among all the scientific journals, medical journal is the key research object and articles with high cited frequencies are all about global topics. The top five research topics are bibliometrics and journal evaluation, publishing practice and function, publication bias, publishing ethics, and publishing history. Altmetrics, editorial boards, gender, and predatory journals are frontier topics. [Conclusions] VOSviewer can visualize the knowledge structure of research on scientific journals, which displays research trends and captures cutting-edge topics. Research on scientific journals involves multiple disciplines and covers various aspects. Efforts should be made by researchers, especially those in the publishing industry of scientific journals, to study scientific journals from multiple perspectives, in a bid to enrich the research content.
