摘要：

【目的】 回顾和总结《中国科技期刊研究》发展历史和办刊宗旨,为今后办刊提供借鉴与参考。【方法】 利用文献计量、文献调研、人物访谈、内容分析、个人实践等方法梳理期刊的编辑出版状况、办刊宗旨与办刊特色。【结果】 30年来,《中国科技期刊研究》坚守办刊宗旨,吸引最前沿的成果、最新颖的内容,栏目设计匠心独运,数字化建设与时俱进,编辑队伍不断壮大、成熟。【结论】 创刊30年,《中国科技期刊研究》不忘初心,牢记办刊宗旨,见证了我国科技期刊的发展历程和取得的丰硕成绩,为我国的科技期刊发展及科技期刊研究事业作出了卓越贡献。未来《中国科技期刊研究》将继续开拓进取,更上层楼。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper reviews and summarizes the development history and purpose of Chinese Journal of Scientific and Technical Periodicals (CJSTP), so as to provide references for the future. [Methods] This paper used the methods of bibliometrics, literature survey, interview, content analysis, and personal practice to sort out the editing and publishing status and purposes and features of journal operation. [Findings] In the past 30 years, CJSTP has adhered to the purpose of publishing, attracting the most cutting-edge results and the most innovative contents. The column design is unique, the digital construction keeps pace with the times, and the editorial team is expanding and maturing. [Conclusions] In the past 30 years, CJSTP has not forgotten its original intention, kept its purpose in mind, witnessed the development course and achievements of scientific journals in China, and made outstanding contributions to the development of scientific journals and the research of scientific journals in China. In the future, we should forge ahead and strive for living up.
