摘要： 目的 探讨学术会议与期刊论文的关系。 方法 对比专业会议的文献信息,对2001-2002年VSGBI年会论文在学术期刊上发表进行了文献计量学分析,系统探讨年度会议论文的学术水平与期刊影响力的关系。结果 2001年及2002年VSGBI年会收录106篇会议摘要,在会议后29个月内:63篇文章（59.4%）在同行评议的学术期刊上发表,期刊平均影响因子为3.507;Leicester发表文章最多,大部分成果出自于RAE体系评估的机构或中心,RAE 4分以上中心占74.6%。结论 VSGBI年会具较高学术质量,对提高国内学术会议质量具重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

[Purpose] The paper inspects the relationship of special academ ic conference and journal impact.[Methodology] After comparing the documents published by other academ ic conferences,we counted the literature of VSGBI conferences published on academ ic journals 2001-2002,and made a analysis of literaturemetrology on these paper's quality to investigate the association of periodical papers w ith annual conferences aswell as the relationship between the quality of annual academ ic conferences and journal impact.[Findings] 106 meeting abstracts were accepted in 2001-2002 VSGBI annual conferences.A fter 29 months,meeting paper publications are as follows:63 papers（59.4%） were published on academ ic journals based on peer-review w ith average impact factor 3.507;most published papers were from Leicester in England;a large proportion of research findings were from assessment Exercise（RAE）.74.6%of these papers（IF>4.0） were identified from RAE.[Conclusions] VSGBI academy holds higher annual conferences.Its high academ ic impact on journalsmay be used to improve the quality of domestic academic conferences.
