摘要：

【目的】 移动互联网的发展使得学术交流体系发生结构性重塑,揭示该背景下学术期刊服务重构框架与实施路径,在发挥学术期刊既有优势的前提下,积极开拓移动化服务。【方法】 采用系统分析法,对学术期刊服务重构框架,即服务目标、服务功能和服务链重构等方面展开系统论述,并在此基础上探讨服务重构路径。【结果】 学术期刊移动化服务目标是提供用户友好型、适应移动社交场景的学术服务模式,围绕用户需求建立新的价值曲线,实现学术期刊、数据库、移动平台与社交服务机构等服务链节点重构。【结论】 学术期刊应树立移动优先服务意识、优化面向移动场景的工作流程、创新增强型学术内容运营模式。

Abstract:

[Purposes] The development of mobile internet has caused a structural reshaping of the academic exchange system. This paper aims to reveal the service reconstruction framework and implementation path of academic journals and actively exploit mobile services under the premise of taking the full advantage of academic journals. [Methods] Using the system analysis method, the academic journal service reconstruction framework, namely the service goal, service function, and service chain reconstruction, was systematically discussed, and the service reconstruction path was discussed on this basis. [Findings] The goal of the mobile service of academic journals is to provide a user-friendly academic service model that adapts to mobile social scenes, establish a new value curve around user needs, and realize the restructuring of service chain nodes such as academic journals, databases, mobile platforms, and social service organizations. [Conclusions] It is imperative to establish the consciousness of mobile-first, to optimize mobile workflow, and to innovate the enhanced academic content operation.
