摘要：

【目的】 分析医药学论文方法论部分重合现象的具体类型,探讨处理方法,指导作者规范写作和提高科研诚信意识。【方法】 整理和分析近年来笔者所在期刊投稿中方法论部分重合的具体案例,探讨其是否属于学术不端的界定方法,并提出处理建议。【结果】 部分方法论重合的案例属于引文不规范等技术性学术失范问题,部分属于学术不端行为,部分属于对公知公用方法的合理描述。【结论】 方法论重合现象有多种表现,应根据文章内容,采取专家判断模式与计算机审查模式相结合的复合判断模式对其性质进行判断。建立由各行业学科专家和资深编辑组成的第三方评价机构及学术不端疑难案例数据库,以便于对学术不端行为的判定与监管。利用新媒体手段,以附件二维码的形式,对方法论具体步骤进行说明,有利于学术传播。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to analyze the specific types of overlapping phenomena in methodology section of medical and pharmaceutical papers, discuss the treatment methods, and guide the authors to standardize writing and improve the awareness of scientific research integrity. [Methods] The specific cases of overlapping phenomena in methodology section from the journal sponsored by writer's affiliation in recent years were sorted out and analyzed, the definition method whether it was academic misconduct was discussed, and the treatment suggestions were proposed. [Findings] Some cases of methodological overlap are technical academic anomies such as non-standard citation, some are academic misconduct, and some are reasonable descriptions of public knowledge and public methods. [Conclusions] There are many manifestations of methodological overlap, so the compound judgment mode combining expert judgment mode and computer review mode should be used to judge its nature according to the contents of the manuscripts. The establishment of a third-party evaluation institution composed of experts and senior editors in various industries and a database of academic misconduct is conducive to the judgment and supervision of academic misconduct. Combining with new media means, in the form of the attached two-dimensional code to explain the specific steps of methodology, is conducive to academic communication.
