基于题录信息分析的期刊数据研究——以《情报学报》为例

Research on journal data based on bibliographic record analysis:Taking Journal of the China Society for Scientific and Technical Information as an example

摘要:

目的 挖掘期刊题录信息,揭示海量文章的内容特征,为编辑分析期刊发展动态提供研究范例。方法 利用VBA程序并借助Excel进行可视化操作,对《情报学报》刊载文献的题目、作者、关键词、作者单位等题录信息进行自动抽取和分析。结果 析出了核心主题集群;根据权重系数测算得出5年内贡献度最高的30位作者;利用关键词分析挖掘研究热点,其中部分关键词与题名词汇的共现分析结果一致;机构分析中,独立机构与合作机构各占一半,合作产出最多的机构是中国科学技术信息研究所。结论 期刊编辑人员可通过此方法了解期刊发展动态,为提升办刊质量、提高期刊影响力及学术水平提供数据支撑。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This study aims to explore the information and internal relations of the articles in journals, and to provide a reference for editors to analyze the development of journals.[Methods] We adopted VBA program and Excel to extract and analyze the titles, authors, keywords, author affiliations, and other information in Journal of the China Society for Scientific and Technical Information by visual operation.[Findings] We find the core research topics. According to the weight coefficient, we figure out the highest contributed top 30 authors in recent 5 years. We dig out research hotspots which are fairly compatible to the results of the analysis of title vocabulary through keywords analysis. In the institutional analysis, the independent research institutions account for half, and Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China has the largest number of collaborative institutions.[Conclusions] Journal editors can understand and get the development trend of journals by this method, improve the quality of journals, and increase the academic level of journals.
