摘要:
【目的】 分析我国SCI收录期刊影响因子相关自被引率(SCR-IF)的状况,进一步解读自引在影响因子中的作用,以利于我国办刊人掌握期刊的发展方向。【方法】 以2015年版SCI收录期刊为研究对象,计算中国和G7国家(美国、英国、德国、法国、日本、意大利、加拿大)、有代表性的新兴国家(韩国、印度、俄罗斯)期刊自被引率(SCR),同时计算各刊的SCR-IF、非影响因子相关自被引率(SCR-NIF)及二者比值K,对各国期刊的SCR-IF、SCR-NIF、SCR、K值情况进行对比分析。【结果】 各国期刊SCR-IF的均值均大于SCR-NIF和SCR,K的中位值为1.502~1.889;我国SCI收录期刊的SCR-IF、SCR-NIF均小于韩国和俄罗斯,但高于其他8个国家;我国SCI收录期刊中,SCR-IF为0的期刊占比为3.28%,小于各国均值6.21%;我国K>2.0的期刊占比为34.97%,小于各国均值37.19%。【结论】 SCR-IF较SCR更能准确反映期刊自引对影响因子的实际作用。我国SCI收录期刊SCR-IF相对较高,但仍有部分期刊的自引对影响因子没有任何作用,且我国SCI收录期刊的自引较少有人为操控。

Abstract:
[Purposes] This study aims to analyze the status quo of self-cited rate in correlation with impact factor (SCR-IF) of Chinese journals indexed in SCI database, and further interpret the role of self-citation in the impact factors to provide references for scie.pngic journals to master journal development directions. [Methods] Taking the SCI journals in 2015 as examples, the SCR-IF, self-cited rate in non-correlation with impact factor (SCR-NIF), total self-cited rate (SCR) and the ratio K of SCR-IF to SCR-NIF from China, G7 countries (United States, Britain, Germany, France, Japan, Italy, Canada), Korea, India, and Russia were calculated. [Findings] The mean values of SCR-IF are higher than those of SCR-NIF and SCR. The median of K value ranges from 1.502 to 1.889. The SCR-IF and SCR-NIF of China are lower than those of Korea and Russia, but higher than those of other eight countries. The proportion of journals with SCR-IF of 0 is 3.28%, which is less than the average of 6.21%. The journal proportion of K>2.0 in China is 34.97%, which is less than the average of 37.19%. [Conclusions] SCR-IF can reflect the practical effect of self-cited rate on impact factor. Although the SCR-IF is relatively high, the self-citations of some journals have no effects on the impact factor. The self-citations are less man-controlled in Chinese SCI journals.
