用户至上:互联网思维下学术期刊的媒体转型

“User first”: themedia transformation of academ ic journals under the Internet thinking

摘要:

目的 基于互联网思维,探讨学术期刊在“用户至上”理念引领下进行媒体转型应采取的新举措、新方法。方法 综合分析传统学术期刊出版的问题,并从学术期刊用户的特点和需求出发,提出以用户为导向的学术期刊媒体转型路径。结果 传统学术出版存在缺失特定用户定位、以内容生产为导向、不注重用户关系维护等问题。学术期刊用户具有特殊性并在互联网时代体现出新的“使用”需求。学术期刊必须转变传统思维方式,以满足用户需求为宗旨。结论 学术期刊应为用户提供最需要的内容,注重各个渠道的“用户体验至上”,增强用户的参与和互动。

Abstract:

[Purposes] Based on the Internet thinking, this paper explores themedia transformation of academ ic journals under the guidance of“user first” concept.[Methods] This papermade a composite analysis on the problems of traditional academic journals publishing,and put forward the paths of user-oriented media transformation based on the characteristics and requirements of academ ic journals'users.[Findings] Traditional academ ic publishing has problems such as lack of specific user location, contentproduced orientation, failure in maintaining the relationship w ith users, and so on.However, users of academic journals have special characteristics and embody new“usage” demand in the Internetera.Academ ic journals have to change the traditionalway of thinking to meet the needs of users.[Conclusions] Academ ic journals should provide usersw ith themost satisfied contents, focus on the user experience from various channels,and strengthen the users'participation and interaction.
