摘要：

【目的】阐述学术期刊在“互联网+”时代应发挥的作用,展望学术期刊的发展前景。【方法】通过分析“互联网+”时代学术交流的新特点,揭示了学术期刊发挥功能的新背景;通过对一流学术期刊的发展现状分析,借鉴国际先进期刊的经验,提出了学术期刊在“互联网+”数字时代应该具有的定位和功能。【结果】传统的学术交流在“互联网+”时代已经具备了全新的模式,因此,学术期刊必须重新定位,努力成为创新一体化服务平台,实现研究与交流、发布与反馈、传承与传播、学术与科普的及时融合。【结论】学术期刊应该升级其传统作用,借助互联网技术,重新定位服务角色,未来应努力成为论题组织者和新闻发布者、科研过程监督者、学术成果把关者、权威专家评议中心、创新知识服务中心和学术观点聚焦中心,实现整体服务功能的新突破。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper expounds the effect of academ ic journals in the“Internet+”era and forecasts its future development.[Methods] By analyzing the new distinct of the academ ic exchange in the Internet age,the new background for the academ ic journal function was shown.According to the analysis of the experience of the leading international journals,the new position and function of the academ ic journalwere suggested.[Findings] The traditional academ ic exchange has changed into a new mode in the Internet era.Thus,the academ ic journal should re-orient its position to become an integrated innovation service platform,and become an immediate convergence of research and exchange,release and feedback,holding and transm itting,aswell as scholarly and public communication.[Conclusions] The academic journal should enhance its traditional effects by the assistance of Internet technology to renew its service role.In the future,it should become a topic-organizer and news-transm itter,amonitor for the whole research process,a gatekeeper for all the academic results,a center for authoritative peer review ing,a center for innovative know ledge service,and a center for opinion collective and distributive,and achieve a breakthrough atan entire function.
