摘要：

【目的】 以技术为核心,在检视新型编辑岗位的基础上,发现融媒体时代我国科技期刊编辑的转型路径,为提高编辑能力提供参考。【方法】 对融媒体时代编辑群体的相关文献进行梳理,通过比较研究、个案分析及参与式观察等方法分析新型编辑岗位,并从编辑实践角度出发,对转型期我国编辑应有的新兴能力进行总结。【结果】 科技期刊编辑的转型是从内容把关、学者链接、文化记录和行业专家4个维度逐步展开,约定编辑、社区编辑、数据编辑和拼接编辑4种新型岗位的兴起意味着技术对编辑职业具有一定作用。【结论】 融媒体时代科技期刊编辑应具备的核心能力包括信息质疑的洞察力、资源整合的协调力以及技术筛选的互动力。

Abstract:

[Purposes] Taking technology as the core, this paper aims to find a transformation path of Chinese scientific journal editors in the era of media convergence on the basis of reviewing new editorial posts, and provide reference for improving editing abilities. [Methods] Based on the literature review of editorial groups in the era of media convergence, the new editorial posts were analyzed by means of comparative study, case analysis, and participatory observation, and the new abilities required for Chinese editors during the transformation period were summarized from the perspective of editorial practice. [Findings] This transformation is gradually carried out from four dimensions which are content check, scholar link, culture record, and industry expert. The rise of four new types of posts, i.e., contributing editor, community editor, data editor, and stitching editor, has revealed a certain role of technology in the editorial transformation. [Conclusions] The core competencies of the scientific journal editors in the era of media convergence include the abilities of insight into information challenge, coordination of resource integration, and interaction of technology selection.
