摘要:

【目的】 加强对我国科技期刊同行评议中审稿人贡献的学术认可,进一步完善审稿人激励措施。【方法】 总结当前我国审稿人激励中存在的问题,以文献调查和案例分析为主要方法,探索研究国外典型同行评议平台的审稿人激励方式并提出启示。【结果】 国外一些机构通过建立审稿人信息展示平台来建立审稿人声誉、支付酬金、颁发证书和提供学术服务等方式激励审稿人,为审稿工作提供正式认可。【结论】 提高同行评议质量的关键在于审稿人,我国科技期刊应采用外部激励、内部激励和平台激励等方式肯定审稿人的学术贡献。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to strengthen the academic recognition of reviewers' contributions in peer review of Chinese scientific journals, and further promote the establishment and improvement of reviewers' incentive measures. [Methods] This paper summarized the existing problems of peer review incentive modes in China, and used literature survey and case analysis as the main methods to explore and study the incentive mode of peer review platform in foreign countries. [Findings] Some foreign institutions encourage reviewers by establishing a reviewer's information display platform to shape the reviewer's reputation, paying remuneration, issuing certificates, and providing academic services, so as to provide formal recognition for the review work.[Conclusions] The key to improve the quality of peer review lies in peer reviewers. China's scientific journals should recognize the academic contributions of peer reviewers by external, internal, and platform incentives.
