摘要：

【目的】 以《河北农业大学学报(农林教育版)》为例,探讨学报合作办刊的新举措,为期刊主管部门进行期刊体制改革提供参考。【方法】 采用个案分析法,基于《河北农业大学学报(农林教育版)》地方高校学报的期刊定位和发展现状,在分析学报专业化和外向性发展趋势的基础上,探寻该刊与其他地方高校学报合作的必然性和应然性,提出联合组稿的期刊合作模式。具体方式是与有互补性质的学报进行稿件的互通有无和与高校教务处或学报编辑部合作开办“全国农业高校专栏”。【结果】 实践证明,联合组稿的期刊合作模式便于专业或层次互补的学报之间优化配置,体现集中优势,统一评审尺度,提升期刊群体的影响力。【结论】 《河北农业大学学报(农林教育版)》联合组稿的合作办刊模式,为地区性同类高校学报或同一系统高校学报分专业合作提供了参考。联合办刊是地方高校学报乃至重点大学学报的可持续发展之路。

Abstract:

[Purposes] Taking the Journal of Agricultural University of Hebei (Agriculture & Forestry Education) as an example, this paper aims to discuss the new measures of the cooperative publication of the journal in order to provide a reference for the periodical management department.[Methods] By use of case analysis, based on the positioning and development status of local college journals and the analysis of journal specialization and extroversion, the inevitability and necessity of cooperation between the journal and other local college journals were explored, and the journal cooperation model of joint manuscripts was put forward. Journal of Agricultural University of Hebei (Agriculture & Forestry Education) exchanged articles with other journals, and worked with college of academic affairs or journal editorial department to run the "National Agricultural University Column".[Findings] Practice has proved that the journal cooperation model of joint manuscripts is good for the configuration optimization, the concentration of the advantages, the uniformity of the evaluation scale, and the promotion of journal group influence.[Conclusions] The journal cooperation model of joint manuscripts of Journal of Agricultural University of Hebei (Agriculture & Forestry Education) provides a reference for the regional similar university journals or the same system of university journals. The joint publication is the way of sustainable development for the local university journals and even for the key university journals.
