Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper introduces the organizational design and implementation characteristics of the Editing Competition for Young Editors of Scientific Journals (hereinafter referred to as the competition), and discusses the improvement measures of the competition. [Methods] The design and operation process of the competition held from 2017 to 2020 and 2022 were analyzed, so as to provide reference for domestic editing competitions. [Findings] The competition has unique characteristics, which promotes exchanges among editors on different disciplines, in different fields, and of journals in different languages. It involves professional knowledge as well as practical work, which is rigorous and lively. [Conclusions] The impact of the competition can be further enhanced by involving multiple associations, optimizing the design, expanding the scope of participants, and adding editorial research section.

【目的】 介绍科技期刊青年编辑大赛(以下简称“青编赛”)的组织设计与实施特色,探讨青编赛改进措施。【方法】 分析2017—2020年及2022年举办的青编赛的赛事设计与运营过程,为国内科技期刊编辑赛事提供参考与借鉴。【结果】 青编赛设计特色明显,可促进不同行业、不同领域、不同语种编辑之间的交流。赛事内容设计兼顾专业与现实境况,组织形式严谨且不失活泼。【结论】 通过联合多家学会主办、加强赛事设计、扩大参赛人员范围、增加编辑学研究版块等措施,可进一步加强赛事影响力。
