Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper studies different peer-reviewed modes of academic research achievements, discusses how to promote the communication between researchers and the rapid spread of academic achievements in the development of open access.[Methods] This paper introduced several peer-reviewed modes abroad including their characteristics, processes and management methods etc., and summarized the existing problems.[Findings] Peer-reviewed modes strengthen the communication between authors and reviewers, promote academic research achievements to be published quickly.[Conclusions] With the development of open access,the open peer-reviewed model will become the supplement of the academic research achievement appraisal method.

【目的】研究学术研究成果同行评议不同模式,探讨在开放获取发展过程中如何促进研究者之间的交流和学术成果的快速传播。【方法】对国外同行评议的几种模式进行分析研究,介绍了这些同行评议模式的特点、流程、管理方法等,并对基于网络的开放的同行评议模式存在的问题进行了归纳和总结。【结果】开放的同行评议模式加强作者和评议者之间的交流和沟通,推进学术研究成果的快速出版。【结论】随着开放获取的出现和发展,开放的同行评议模式将成为学术研究成果评议方法的一种补充。
