Abstract:

[Purposes]Based on the experiences of successfully offering an agricultural university column （AUC） in Journal of Agricultural University of Hebei（agriculture and forestry education edition）, this paper is to provide references and enlightenment for the journals of local colleges and universities to serve their development and reform.[Methods]The case study was adopted to analyze the advantages and feasibility of AUC by investigating the chief columns in different social science journals of 10 domestic local agricultural colleges and universities to realize the smooth AUC running through innovating the journal running ideas such as the precise reader positioning,being people-oriented and the aid of the newmedia.[Findings]A good journal running effect was achieved by successfully offering AUC which are increased the contribution amount, improved the academ ic level of journals,expanded the breadth and depth of the article resources,and enlarged the periodical influence.[Conclusions]The practice shows that local university journals are bound to search out their own way of innovation and development in journal running in spite of all kinds of troubles.Through the analysis of their own conditions and advantages,they will keep up with the trend of the era development.

【目的】以《河北农业大学学报（农林教育版）》成功开办“农业高校专栏”的办刊经验为例,为地方高校学报发展和改革提供借鉴和启示。【方法】采取个案研究方法,在调查国内10所地方农业高校社科学报主要栏目设置的基础上,分析“农业高校专栏”的优势和可行性,并通过精准定位受众,以人为本和借助新媒体的运作理念保障“农业高校专栏”的顺利运作。【结果】“农业高校专栏”的成功开办增加了来稿量,提高了期刊的学术水平,拓展了稿源的广度和深度,扩大了期刊影响力,取得了良好的办刊效果。【结论】实践表明,地方高校学报在办刊中尽管面临各种困境,但分析自身条件和办刊优势,顺应时代发展潮流,一定能寻找到创新发展之道。
