Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to know about the structural features and international position of high level research outputs and provide references for topic selection and contribution soliciting of scientific journals,international development of scientific journals and scientific research in our country.[Methods] A ll highly-cited papers published by Chinese researchers in ESIdatabase were analyzed and evaluated.Highly-cited papers participated in by Chinese researchers and those published by Chinese researchers as the first authors were compared by means of bibliometrics.[Findings] The number of highly-cited papers published by our country ranks third in theworld.Highly-cited papers aremainly distributed in regions such as Beijing, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang et al, and our country works in close cooperation w ith United States, England, Germany and Australia et al.[Conclusions] The outputs of Chinese papersw ith high impact rank among the top nations in theworld, but it’s stillhard to rank itself first in theworld in a short time.Analyzing the outputs of Chinese papersw ith high impact can help us to know the distribution characteristic and the direction of high quality papers in our country,which is significant in promoting the developmentof internationalization of academ ic journals in our country.

摘要：

【目的】了解我国高水平科研产出的结构特征和国际科技地位,为我国科技期刊的选题、组稿,科技期刊和科学研究的国际化发展提供参考。【方法】利用ESI数据库对我国热点论文进行全面分析与评价,对比研究我国科研人员参与发表和我国科研人员作为第一作者发表的热点论文的文献计量学特征。【结果】我国入选ESI热点论文数量排名全球第3,主要分布在我国北京、江苏、上海、浙江等地区,与美国、英国、德国、澳大利亚等合作最为密切。【结论】我国高影响力科研产出名列国际前茅,但短期内较难实现全球第一的突破。我国高影响力论文产出状况有助于我们了解我国优质稿源的分布特征和去向,对推动我国学术期刊的国际化发展具有重要意义。
