Abstract:

[Purpose] From the perspective of the readers,this paper explores the contribution of columns tomedical journals,so as to determ ine the focus of the journal section.[Methodology] Taking the Chinese Journal Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology as an example,this paper analyzes thereaders'utilization of the medical journals'columns.The contribution value of columns to medical journalswas calculated by constituent ratio of the published articles in the column,average download frequency and the citation times of the articles.[Findings] The contribution values of clinical research,clinical communication,and review column are the top three in Chinese Journal Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology,and these three columns are key columns in this magazine.[Conclusions] It is feasible to calculate the contribution value of a column formedical journals,and to identify the key columns of a journal.

摘要： 目的 从读者角度探讨医学科技期刊栏目对期刊的贡献,确定期刊的重点栏目。 方法 以《中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志》为例,从读者角度对医学科技期刊栏目被利用情况进行了统计分析,通过统计期刊栏目刊载文章构成比、篇均下载频次、篇均被引频次,从这3个数据推算出栏目对期刊的贡献值。结果 《中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志》的临床研究、临床交流、综述栏目贡献值排在前3位,这3个栏目为该刊的重点栏目。结论 通过数值化计算出医学科技期刊的栏目的贡献值,明确期刊的重点栏目可行。
