Abstract:

[Purpose] Through the analysis on the status of domestic marine journals digital publishing,we tried to figure out the problems which exist in the domestic marine journals and propose a solution on their digital publishing.[Methodology] In this paper,55 domestic marine journals were surveyed and analyzed.[Findings] The results show that the degree of digitization of marine journals in China hang behind compared w ith the journals of foreign countries.The improvements should bemade from the website utilization,capital investment,publishingmode,application of new media and others.[Conclusions] It is suggested that impetus should be given to the digitalization of domesticmarine journals by emphasis on website construction,increasing the capital investment,cultivating a professional team of digital publishing,building an integrated platform of editing and publishing,and exploring for diversified publishingmodes in new media environment.

摘要：

目的 了解我国海洋科技期刊的数字化发展现状,剖析其问题所在,提出发展建议。方法 对国内55种海洋科技期刊进行调查统计。结果 目前我国海洋科技期刊的数字化发展仍处于较低水平,在网站利用、资金投入、出版发行模式以及新媒体的应用等方面需不断完善。结论 可通过重视网站建设、加大资金投入及对数字出版专业队伍的培养、整合资源构建编辑出版一体化平台、打造契合新媒体环境的多元化发行模式,来推动我国海洋科技期刊的数字化发展。
