Abstract:

[Purposes] To know the development of China's scientific journals from a dissemination view, this paper establishes a dissemination index system of scientific journals, which is in line with the practice of scientific journal dissemination and has maneuverability. [Methods] Based on the 5W classical model of dissemination, using the method of literature analysis, expert consultation, and practice investigation, the paper analyzed factors in China's scientific journal dissemination chain and designed the dissemination index system of scientific journals. [Findings] The paper summarizes the dissemination chain and dissemination factors of scientific journals. Based on the transmitter, contents, channels, audiences, and dissemination effects of scientific journals, the paper establishes a quantitative evaluation index system of dissemination of scientific journals with five primary indexes, 13 secondary indexes, and 21 three-level indexes. [Conclusions] DThe paper establishes an objective, systematic, operable, and comprehensive evaluation method for the dissemination of scientific journals, and the method has been applied to Report on the Dissemination of China's Scientific Journal (2022), which verifies the reliability of the index system. However, the index system has a few deficiencies in terms of index correlation research and new media dissemination index design and still needs to be studied and optimized.

摘要:

【目的】 从传播力角度客观真实反映我国科技期刊发展现状,提出符合科技期刊传播实践、具有可操作性的科技期刊传播力指标体系。【方法】 以传播学5W经典传播模式为框架,采用文献调研法、专家咨询法、实践调研法,对我国科技期刊传播链各环节要素进行梳理分析,设计构建科技期刊传播力指标体系。【结果】 总结分析科技期刊传播链及传播要素,从传播者、传播内容、传播渠道、传播受众和传播效果5个方面,构建由5个一级指标、13个二级指标、21个三级指标构成的科技期刊传播力定量评价指标体系。【结论】 提出具有可操作性、系统性、客观的科技期刊传播力综合评价方法,并在《中国科技期刊传播力报告(2022)》中应用,验证指标体系的可靠性。该体系在指标相关性研究、新媒体传播指标设计等方面仍存在不足,需要持续研究、不断完善。
