Abstract:

[Purpose] This study ana1yzes scientific journa1s'“path dependence” in terms of management systems, modes of thinking,business strategies and review mechanisms.And this study aims at providing countermeasures for it.[Methodology] This study adopts the researchmethod of“path dependence” in institutiona1econom ics and ana1yzes the habitof themanagement system,themode of thinking, business strategies and review mechanisms.[Findings] In order to crack “path dependence” to rea1ize 1eapfrog deve1opment of Chinese Scientific journa1s under new historica1 conditions,we can deve1op themanagement system,the mode of thinking,business strategies and review mechanisms.[Conclusions] We need to reform a series of institutiona1 changes w ith joint efforts in every phase to systematica11y so1ve“path dependence”.

摘要： 目的 剖析当前科技期刊在管理体制、思维模式、经营策略和评审机制等方面的“路径依赖”现象,并寻找解决途径。方法 以制度经济学中的“路径依赖”理论为研究方法,对科技期刊发展中的一些惯性做法进行分析。结果 改变我国科技期刊在管理体制、思维模式、经营策略和评审机制中的习惯性做法,摆脱“路径依赖”的束缚,使我国科技期刊在新的历史条件下实现跨越式发展。结论 破除科技期刊中的“路径依赖”现象是一个系统工程,需要通过环环相扣的制度变革来实现,只有通过各个环节的共同努力才能实现彻底改变。
