Abstract:

[Purpose] This paper aims at providing practical experience of personalized service platform of academ ic journals.[Methodology] Taking “Command Control and Simulation” as an example,this paper introduces the personalized service mechanism and platform,development experience and application effect.[Findings] The research shows that,compared w ith the traditional approach,the platform can enhance the efficiency of information service.[Conclusions] The editorial work efficiency and quality can be improved,and the satisfaction of the author can be achieved.

摘要： 目的 为学术性期刊应用个性化服务平台提供可以借鉴的实践经验。 方法 以《指挥控制与仿真》为案例,介绍学术性期刊个性化服务机制及平台的构建、开发经验及应用效果。结果 与传统的被动服务获取方式相比,学术性期刊个性化服务平台能够为作者提供主动式个性化服务信息的自动推送,提升了作者的服务满意度与编辑的信息服务效率。结论 学术性期刊个性化服务平台能够有效提升编辑部的工作效率,提升编辑部的服务水平与质量,在作者群中营造良好的服务口碑。
