Abstract:

[Purpose] In order to improve the work enthusiasm and work efficiency of editors and put forward some countermeasures to elim inate the professional anxiety of scientific and technical journal editors.[Methodology] It is based on the characteristics of scientific and technical journal edition,analyzes the main processes of the scientific and technical journal editing work by means of the systematic analysis,looking for real causes of editors’professional anxiety.[Findings] It is shown that the professional anxiety of scientific and technical journal editors originates from two aspects：one is the anxiety from daily editing work,the other is the anxiety from the competition among journals.It is suggested that scientific and technical journal editors should pay much attention to improve professional quality and strengthen self-regulation so as to reduce or remove editors’professional anxiety,and the management departments should strengthen the management of human resources and remove the professional anxiety of editors.[Conclusions] The professional anxiety of editors can be removed from both internal and external aspects.

目的 为了提高科技期刊编辑的工作积极性及效率,提出化解科技期刊编辑职业焦虑的对策。方法 从科技期刊编辑工作的特点入手,运用系统分析法,通过对科技期刊编辑工作的主要流程进行分析,寻找可能产生编辑职业焦虑的原因。结果 科技期刊编辑职业焦虑源自两方面：一是编辑日常工作焦虑;二是期刊竞争引起的焦虑。从心理学视角和人力资源视角分别提出了具体的应对措施：编辑要重视内功修炼和进行自我调节,以减轻自身的职业焦虑;管理组织部门要加强人力资源管理,消解编辑职业焦虑。结论 可以从内在和外在两方面降低科技期刊编辑的职业焦虑。
