摘要： 【目的】探讨组约稿的模式及质量管控对于提高科技期刊的学术质量和影响力具有极为重要的作用。【方法】 在梳理已有科技期刊组约稿经验的基础上，结合《中国地理科学》(英文版) (Chinese Geographical Science)（简称CGS）的工作实践，对科技期刊的组约稿模式进行总结和质量管控进行源头控制。【结果】 提出了科技期刊组约稿的四种模式：发挥编委的学术优势导向性组约稿；建立优质论文作者资料库定向性组约稿；跟踪学术会议专题性组约稿；通过网络和社交平台识别性组约稿。提出了组约稿质量管控的三种措施：精确定位，寻求合适的科研团队和作者进行组约稿；制度管控，严格按照稿件审查流程管理组约稿；加强合作，建立稿件作者与期刊的互利共赢模式。【结论】 通过组约稿模式实践和质量管控，可以提高科技期刊的学术影响力。针对中国科技期刊组约稿国际化程度不高问题，进一步提出了发挥国际编委作用、实施走出去战略、加大联合组约稿力度、增加期刊国际显示度四项举措。

Abstract: ［Purposes］ The exploration of the model and quality control of soliciting contributions plays an important role to improve the quality of scientific journal. ［Methods］ Based on existing scientific journals experience of soliciting contributions, combining with practice of soliciting contributions of Chinese Geographical Science (CGS), this article summarized the contribution model and quality control of CGS. ［Findings］ This article proposes the four innovation patterns of contribution: making full use of the academic advantage of the editorial board to group excellent manuscript; establishing the author database to group oriented manuscripts; tracking the academic meeting to group special issues; using the Internet and social media platforms to group excellent manuscripts. Furthermore, it put forward three measures for quality control of CGS contribution: accurate positioning to seek the right team and the author to group manuscripts; system control to strictly conform to the CGS manuscript review process to group manuscripts; strengthen cooperation to establish a win-win pattern of manuscript authors and journals. ［Conclusions］ Pattern practice and quality control of contributions may enhance the academic influence of journals. Finally, as for low internationalization degree, this article puts forward that the role of international editors should be paid attention to by implementing the strategy of going out, intensifying the joint group of manuscripts, and increasing the journal international display.
