摘要:

目的 为我国学术期刊实施“互联网+”战略提供理论支持与路径选择。方法 针对学术期刊目前的管理和经营机制弊端,提出“互联网+”学术期刊是一个生态系统,探讨“互联网+”学术期刊出版的生态系统组成,从管理和经营两个方面讨论“互联网+”下学术期刊各方面的机制创新。结果 完善“互联网+”学术期刊出版战略理论,推动“互联网+”学术期刊出版理论的发展。结论 互联网+下学术期刊必须从管理机制创新,提高出版效率;在经营机制上创新,提高办刊效益。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to provide theoretical and paths guidance for implementing the Internet plus strategy of the academ ic journal.[Methods] Aim ing at solving the academ ic journals'management and marketing problems, this paper proposed the concept of Internet Plus academ ic journal publishing,gave detailed description of themeaning of Internet Plus academ ic journal publishing ecosystem(IPAJPE),and discussed the organization of the academ ic journal publishing ecosystem.Furthermore,we also discussed the system innovation of the academ ic journal publishing under the Internet plus era in the management and marketing aspect.[Findings] We should establish and enrich the strategic theory of Internet plus academ ic journal publishing, and push the development of the Internet plus academ ic journal publishing theory.[Conclusions] Academ ic journals must push forward the innovation of themanagement and marketing system in the Internet plus era in order to increase the efficiency of publishing
