网上定稿会系统对期刊论文出版时滞的影响——以《中国防痨杂志》为例

Effect of the online finalized system on time delay for the publication of articles in Chinese Journal of Antituberculosis

摘要:

【目的】对比分析启用期刊网上定稿会系统前后《中国防痨杂志》论文出版时滞状况,探讨期刊网上定稿会系统对期刊论文出版时滞的影响。【方法】统计2009—2011年(启用期刊网上定稿会系统前)、2012—2014年(启用期刊网上定稿会系统后)《中国防痨杂志》出版的72期1349篇论文的题目、收稿日期及出版日期等资料,使用SPSS16.0软件建立数据库,使用秩和检验对比分析两个时间段论文出版时滞。【结果】在启用网上定稿会系统前(2009—2011年)论文出版时滞最短21天,最长618天,时滞极差为597天,中位数205(121,272)天。在启用网上定稿会系统后(2012—2014年)论文出版时滞最短10天,最长516天,时滞极差为506天,中位数108(54,172)天。启用网上定稿会系统后论文出版时滞明显短于启用前(Z=-15.409,P<0.0001),二者间差异有统计学意义。【结论】《中国防痨杂志》编辑部采用网上定稿会系统后进一步缩短了出版时滞。

Abstract:

[Purposes]This paper aims to compare and analyze the situation of time delay for the publication of articles in Chinese Journal of Antituberculosis before and after using the online finalized system (OFS), and to evaluate the effects of OFS on publication delays.[Methods]We studied publication delays in 1349 papers published in Chinese Journal of Antituberculosis from 2009 to 2014.We divided the sample into two groups by the use of OFS in 2012.By using the SPSS 16.0,we analyzed the title of articles, the data of reception and publication.[Findings]From 2009 to 2011(group 1: with outusing the OFS), themean days of publication delayswere 205 days(21 days-618 days).From 2012 to 2014 (group 2: using the OFS), themean days of publication delays were 108 days(10 days-516 days).There was a significant difference between two groups(Z=-15.409, P<0.0001).[Conclusions]The online finalized system may reduce the publication delays in Chinese Journal of Antituberculosis.
