摘要：

【目的】 身处人工智能时代,诸多新的变量因素蜂拥而至,在这样复杂的情境中,学术期刊编辑的职业发展问题值得关注。 【方法】 秉持“提出问题—分析问题—解决问题”这一逻辑思路,通过厘清编辑职业发展的现实境遇,从价值理性视角全面审视人工智能对编辑职业发展产生的多重影响,并提出有效的应对举措。 【结果】 人工智能时代,编辑与新技术的裹挟愈演愈烈,身份建构过程困难重重,职业发展空间相对狭窄,虽然人工智能可以助力编辑的全面转型,但是依然会引发编辑职业发展的五大困境,两者之间具有复杂的共生关系。 【结论】 学术期刊编辑必须秉持积极的态度冷静思考:一是树立对人工智能的理性认知;二是提高学术出版活动的人机协作效率;三是探索适合编辑个体的学术角色;四是消解负性情绪并拓展职业空间。

Abstract:

[Purposes] In the artificial intelligence (AI) era, many new variable factors have swarmed in. In such a complex situation, the career development of academic journal editors is of great concern. [Methods] Following the problem→analysis→solution logic, we clarified the circumstances of academic journal editors, analyzed the multiple influences of AI on their career development from the perspective of value rationality, and proposed countermeasures. [Findings] In the era of AI, editors face the complex internal relationship with new technologies, difficulty in identity construction, and limited development opportunities. Although AI promotes the transformation of editors, it brings about various challenges and has a complicated symbiotic relationship with editors. [Conclusions] Editors should be positive and calm in the face of AI. To be specific, they should take a rational attitude toward AI, improve publishing efficiency via AI, explore an academic role suited to themselves, dispel negative emotions, and seek development opportunities.
