摘要：

【目的】研究民国中医药期刊的办刊特色,为当今科技期刊提供借鉴。【方法】利用原始文献进行分析考证,对民国时期（1912—1949）全国各地出版发行的具有代表性的中医药期刊进行梳理,重点研究其办刊特色,归纳出共性特征。【结果】民国中医药期刊的主办者和核心作者多为业内名家,注重期刊策划和个性打造,重视国内国际学术交流,期刊资源得到了最大化利用。【结论】业界名家办刊撰稿,为期刊发展提供了优势资源;注重期刊策划,彰显了刊物特色;重视中外学术交流,提高了期刊的学术层次;整合利用期刊资源,使期刊与医学教育、图书出版等优势互补。民国中医药期刊的办刊理念和模式,为当今中医药期刊乃至科技期刊提供了启示。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the characteristics of running medical journals in the Republic of China and provide references for the edition and publication of modern scientific journals.[Methods] The methods of analysis and textual researcheswere applied to study the original literature—medical journals issued by diverse periodical presses w ithin the whole country during the period of the Republic of China（1912-1949） w ith emphasis on their running characteristics.The common features were summarized.[Findings] We noticed that the sponsors and core authors of thesemedical journals in the Republic of China were famous experts in the medical field, who attached great importance to journal scheming, individuation cultivation,academic exchange both at home and abroad tomaximize the usage of journal resources.[Conclusions] The factof running journals and contributing articles by famousmedical experts provides superior resources formedical journals'development.Paying attention to journal scheming is beneficial for demonstrating their unique characteristics.The great attention to academic exchange both at home and abroad contributes to improving medical journals'academic levels.The resources integration,mutual assistance of journals and teaching and linkage between publishing books and journals realize the complementary advantages among the periodical resources,medical education and book publishing.These advanced ideas and methods of runningmedical journals during the period of the Republic of China have provided many inspirations and enlightenment for the edition and publication of journals of traditional Chinesemedicine,and even themodern scientific journals.
