Talent training for academ ic journal digitization

摘要:

【目的】人力资源是促进学术期刊数字化发展的重要因素,合理构建学术期刊数字化人才队伍建设至关重要。【方法】讨论学术期刊数字化人才队伍的现状和需求,探讨数字化人才需掌握的基本技能和技术要求,提出人才培养应采取的措施和途径。【结果】学术期刊可以根据自身发展情况,按需设置数字化人才队伍,培养编辑的数字化基本技能、优化人才引进和合作机制。【结论】需重视数字化人才队伍建设,强化理念、采取措施,促进学术期刊数字化发展。

Abstract:

[Purposes] Human resource is an important factor to promote the development of academic journal digitization.Therefore,we aim to construct a reasonable talent training plan for academic journal digitization.[Methods] We analyzed the current situation and requirements of digital talents for academ ic journals,elaborated basic skills and technical requirements of digital talents in a view of the whole publishing process,and proposed measures and approaches for talent training.[Findings] Based on the different development situations of academ ic journals,a digital talent team should be setaccording to differentneeds of academ ic journals.Editors’basic digital skills should be cultivated, and talent introduction and cooperativemechanism should be optim ized.[Conclusions] We should focus on the construction of digital talents, strengthen the talent training philosophy, and takemeasures to promote the development of academ ic journal digitization.
