摘要：

【目的】建设行业技术性科技期刊的通讯员队伍,辅助期刊开展各项工作,加强期刊与行业的联系,提升刊物质量和经营水平。【方法】借鉴新闻出版单位建设通讯员队伍的方法和经验,并参考一些科技期刊在这方面的做法,结合自身刊物的特点和定位,对通讯员队伍的作用、意义、建设、管理和成本等方面问题进行了阐述,并在实践中不断完善这项工作。【结果】通讯员队伍建设工作顺利开展,通讯员队伍已初具规模,效果良好。【结论】行业技术性科技期刊建立通讯员队伍的构想具有可操作性,实践效果符合预期,促进了期刊的经营和发展。

Abstract:

[Purposes]The reporter team of industry technical journals is established to assist the journals in carrying out various works, and to strengthen the contacts of journals and the industry, and finally promote the quality andmanagement level of journals.[Methods]According to the purpose and practice of building the reporter team of the press and publications,this paper referred to the practice of some scientific journals.Given the characteristics of their own publications and positioning, the role, themeaning,the construction, themanagement, and the cost of the reporter team were expounded.This work would be constantly improved in practice.[Findings]The construction work of the reporter team is carried out smoothly,and has achieved good effects.[Conclusions]Themethods of building the reporter team are feasible, its effects are identicalwith expectation, and ithas a perfect auxiliary function for themanagement and development of journals.
