摘要： 目的 探讨依靠编委会的高端专家资源、创办新的栏目给科技期刊带来的特色化发展。方法 分析《中国实用内科杂志》创办院士论坛和高端论坛栏目的背景、过程及效果,总结打造科技期刊高端栏目的经验。结果 通过精心设计和策划,发挥了名家效应,两个栏目4年内各发表文章30余篇,中国知网统计结果显示,文章的阅读量和下载量均是每期杂志文章的前三位。结论 创新与特色是期刊的生命力源泉,编辑应该围绕办刊宗旨,找准期刊定位,发挥主动性和创造力,积极调动编委会中的高端专家资源。

Abstract:

[Purpose] This paper exp1ores the characteristic deve1opments in sci-tech journa1s broughtby founding new co1umnsw ith the he1p of the high-end experts of the editoria1board.[Methodology] The discussion ana1yzes the founding background,process and effect of high-end co1umns in the Chinese Journa1of Practica1 Interna1Medicine,and summarizes its experience to create highend co1umns.[Findings] Through the e1aborate design and p1anning,thirty papers are pub1ished in both co1umns and they are to p1ay the famous effect.The statistica1resu1ts of CNKIshow that the amountof down1oads are top three in each artic1e in the journa1.[Conclusions] It shows the characteristic and innovation are the sources of vita1ity for the journa1.Editors shou1d focus on the purpose and orientation of the journa1, give fu11 p1ay to their initiative and creativity, and active1y mobi1ize the experts in the editoria1board.
