摘要： 目的 基于审稿人的审稿动因分析,探讨期刊编辑部送审工作的策略与方法。 方法 主要采用文献法与逻辑推理法,系统阐释科技期刊审稿人可能存在的审稿动因并提出对策。结果 通过分析科技期刊审稿人存在的审稿动因,提出期刊编辑部应选择审稿动力与学术实力平衡的审稿人;应主动将审稿人和稿件分类,寻求稿件与审稿人的最佳搭配;应及时传递期刊进展,做好审稿意见反馈工作,增强审稿人对刊物的认可等。结论 在充分考虑审稿动因的基础上合理送审,有利于保持审稿人的积极性,避免审稿时滞长、审稿人敷衍完成任务等问题,以实现期刊编辑部审稿工作预期。

Abstract:

[Purpose] This paper discusses the strategy and method of journal editorial's review system based on the analysis of reviewers'motivations.[Methodology] Using literature review and field research methods,this paper systematically analyses the potentialmotivations of reviewers'actions and then based on this analysis,provides corresponding suggestions.[Findings] We suggest that the editorial departments of scientific journals should （1）actively satisfy reviewers'needs for academ ic information;（2）choose suitable reviewersw ith qualified attainments to form the core group of reviewers;（3）actively categorize the reviewers and subm itted manuscripts to help find the bestmatch of them;（4）deliver the progress of the academ ic journal to existed and potential reviewers in time,make careful works on feedbacks on reviewers'comments,and enhance the recognition of reviewers.[Conclusions] The editorial departments of scientific journals should pay close attention to reviewers'motivations.In this regard,their contributions to review ing activities can be fully implemented,and associated negative problems such as delayed review ing w ill be avoided in order to achieve the desirable established goals of a good review ing system.
