高校学报编辑胜任特征模型的初步构建

摘要:

【目的】探索高校学报编辑胜任特征模型,为提升编辑队伍建设的科学性和有效性提供依据。【方法】采用行为事件访谈法,对16名编辑进行行为事件访谈,通过优秀组与普通组的比较分析,构建胜任特征模型。【结果】高校学报编辑胜任特征模型由专业能力、职业精神、自我发展3个维度,信息加工、沟通协调、建立关系、责任心、公正正直、学习发展、成就导向7项要素构成。【结论】高校学报编辑胜任特征模型针对高校学报编辑的工作特点与要求具有独特性,可以运用于学报编辑的选拔、考核、培训、职业生涯规划等管理工作中。

Abstract:

[Purposes] The competencymodelof university journaleditorswas explored to provide a basis for scientific and effective promotion of the construction of the editorial team.[Methods] Through behavioral event interview of 16 editors and comparative analysis of an outstanding group and a normalgroup,the competencymodelwas constructed.[Findings] The competencymodelof university journal editors consists of three aspects that are professional ability,occupation spirit,and self development.Seven elements are included which are information processing,communication and coordination,relationship building,responsibility,justice and integrity,learning and development,achievement-oriented.[Conclusions] Themodel,which is unique according to the requirements and working characteristics of university journal editors,can be used in the selection,assessment,training,occupation career planning management of journal editors.
