摘要：

目的 介绍一种新的页码编排体系,为加快期刊的出版周期、提高刊物的影响力提供借鉴。方法 介绍了科技期刊六位码编排体系和出版实践经验。在从顺序页码转为六位页码编排体系的过程中,涉及审稿、编校、排版、印刷各业务流程。在实际出版时,制定了六位码的生成规则,改革了生产管理流程,并在稿件模版设计、印刷生产等方面作了相应改造。结果 采用六位码编排体系后,所有存版稿件均提前实现了页码编排,新接受稿件也可以立即生成六位码。结论 六位码不仅使作者和读者能迅速获取稿件完整的检索信息,而且大大提高了出版周期,达到了快速发表的目的。因此,一方面加强了期刊的服务能力,另一方面也为中国科技期刊快速提升学术影响力提供了支撑和保障。

Abstract:

[Purpose] For speeding the publication cycle and improving the influence of the scientific journals,this paper introduce a new page editing system 6-code,and the corresponding publishing experience.[Methodology] In the actual implementation process from order page to 6-code,which is involved the peer review ing,editing and proofing,typesetting and printing,we formulate the rule of 6-code,change the productionmanagement process,and made the corresponding transformation inmanuscript template design,print production,etc.[Findings] A fter using the 6-code page system,the all acceptedmanuscripts have generated the new 6-codes,and we can also generate 6-codes for themanuscript in futurewhen itw ill be accepted.[Conclusions] Then,the authors and readers can access the index information of themanuscripts immediately,and themanuscriptw ill be published quickly by 6-code.For the scientific journals of China,the 6-code editing system trengthened service capabilities and then upgrade the academic influence of the journal quickly.
