摘要:
【目的】 探索“双一流”建设契机下高校学术期刊编辑人才的发展之路。【方法】 通过统计2015年第1期到2018年第8期《中国科技期刊研究》载文作者的单位、学位、职称等数据,分析高校编辑人才结构现状;结合目前高校学术期刊稿件审理模式、专职编委培养以及期刊发展等情况,探索高校期刊编辑科研化的可行性及培养举措。【结果】 在“双一流”建设契机下,高校学术期刊从业编辑人员中的高学历编辑比例显著提升,有助于培养科学编辑和专职编委;编辑科研水平的提升有助于促进期刊及编辑的可持续发展。【结论】 高校、高校期刊以及编辑三方合力有助于组建专业技能和学术技能并举的高素质梯度型编辑队伍,提升高校期刊编辑的科研探索精神,实现高校编辑素质的整体提升。

Abstract:
[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the career development of academic journal editors in university under the opportunity of double first-class construction. [Methods] According to the statistics of the affiliations, degrees, titles, and other data of the authors of Chinese Journal of Scientific and Technical Periodicals from the 1st issue of 2015 to the 8th issue of 2018, we analyzed the current situation of the editorial structure of academic journal in universities; the feasibilities and training measures of editors involving in scientific research were deeply explored through the manuscript review model, the cultivation of full-time editorial members, and the development of journals. [Findings] Under the opportunity of double first-class construction, the educational structure of academic journal practitioners is greatly improved, which is beneficial to the cultivation of science editors and full-time editorial members. The improvement of editorial research level can promote the sustainable development of journals and editors. [Conclusions] Universities, journals, and editors should join forces to form a high-quality gradient editorial team with both professional and academic skills, in order to promote the scientific research spirit of university journal editors, and enhance the overall editorial competence.
